To use the Bulletin board part of the site, users must enter a user name and password, they can also enter other details such as where they are from, their job etc. This information is viewable by all users apart from the password and the user name is tied to any messages they might post on the boards.

How this information is used :

Apart from generation of anonymous usage statistics from the logs and identification of users who post messages, this information is not used in any other way and IP addresses are not tied to any names or other personally identifiable information.
