Ah, good grief, after I got in trouble with the gf for getting out of bed to post my Steve Jarratt theory... :)OK, I have to admit, I can't remember Dan Gilbert off the top of the head right now...and here I was thinking I was some sort of UK game magazine Otaku... (Over 700 of the things from 83 up, I spend more on them than I do games...sad, really) ...can anyone enlighten me? :) - Apologies to Dan Gilbert if he may be reading this :) No offense, but I guess your method of remianing behind the scenes worked too well! :) |

Good morning Gazunta! Well, Dan Gilbert, (without research)came in at zzap by issue 34 (I guess, platoon-cover) oh no,I remember him already in issue 33 (christmas-issue). He sticked around for only a couple of issues if I'm correct. He came from commodore user (the BIG concurrent/enemy, those days, you'll remember) he was in the "play to win" section, I read both zzap & cu (and a bunch of other mags, though zzap was clearly the BEST) Since then, nobody is able to track him down(zzap-where are they now, and Gordo have no idea) so, I thought, hey!why not? What about you? Sleep well, Rob |
