I can't make BIT due to my employers (BT) not giving me the time off. Needless to pay, I'm pretty gutted. Anyway, I desperately want to buy printed Zzap107 (especially as I was a contributor-type-dude), so PLEASE will you save a copy for me, I'll send you a cheque or PO for the amount but I HAVE to have a copy!

LOL! What's the official BT bullshit I'm obliged to say...oh yeah, "BT does NOT guarantee a standard telephone line for data transmission, only for telephony".
And as for bloody BT, they announced last month that they're closing our call centre down at some point, so don't even get me started!

You poor sod you are not also a Bt minion like myself. I do like the company crap they come up with like diversity which equals paying old sods in the company double the rate they pay the cleverer agency people. Complete bollox "allegedly"!

Mort, I'm not agency, I'm BT (150) but I get your point. BT have promised to re-train or re-locate. We shall see, we were offered redundancy buit the amount I was offered was paltry (cos Iv'e only been on a BT contract for 3 years).
