Ne1 here ever run a commie 64 bbs? man dm
where the dayz!! I ran a Darkstar 88 bbs
with a Lt.Kerrnel 20 meg hard drive. There
will never be a better computer then the 64,
and some of the best people I ever come across, well enough about the old dayz I
guess.

The closest I got was running a BBS on my old Amiga, I actually had a C64 files area but nobody ever used it :(

Well back in 1982-1990 I ran this BBS and had no problems getting users or files. I still have all the software and its a ton of stuff,
1000's of games I have 3 big baskets full of 5.1/5 floppies and about 200 3.5.

Well the problem with my own was, that
a) It was 1994!
b) it was on a 2400 modem (for the first year anyway)
c) it was only online from 22:00 to 08:00
I don;t think I would have even called it! ;-)
