May have been mentioned before (as it was from 2010) but I was just reading yesterday's Sun newspaper when I saw a story about an inquest and it was regarding Chris Anderson's daughter who sadly died as a result of a faulty boiler being fitted.

The court case continues and the guy is up on a charge of manslaughter.
