I used to really enjoy the adventuring section and really thought that once he quit they shouldn't have tried another psuedo character like The Harlequin which begat the awful Troll dude(tte), but I got to say, as much as I really liked the White Wizard, when reading now, I get the impression that the writer was a bit of a miserable bas.. er.. git, who seemed to be down on any game that wasn't from Infocom, and even games he rated as worth purchasing would get something like 68%! I think the dude got hung up on technicalities, and while there is no denying that the Infocom stuff was superb, Keith Campbell's Adventure Trail seemed to be overall much fairer to games that were less techinically proficient. A bit of a rant, and no offence to ol' Whitey if he ever stops by. 8)
