Martin Walker

Post by Iain »

I'm assuming this isn't the Martin Walker of Citadel etc. fame, since he doesn't really look like him and the Martin in the photo / album cover looks too young:

http://www.martinwalkermusic.com/mwm-news.html

But there are some mad co-incidences...

1. He is a musician
2. The album is called "Nylon" and we all remember the problem with Martin's nylon socks!
3. He did a show Googie's Lounge (upstairs @ The Living Room) 154 ludlow street, between stanton and rivington, nyc!!!

Looks like I was correct anyway, after more searching...

Here's our Martin Walker's website

http://www.yewtreemagic.co.uk/

and I also re-discovered a message board where he mentions his infamous nylon socks problem

Ah yes, I did read both the above things, but having the memory of a goldfish doesn't help matters at all! :-)

Is this online anywhere? I don't have that issue and would love to read it...
