Retro Games Magazine Market Crash?

Post by Iain »

Just noticed an auction for 47 Your Commodores that ended today for a grand total of £2.20!!

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... :IT&ih=018

I got a Commodore Format issue 18 for 99p, to replace a wrecked version I had but no other of the guys C Format auctions got any bids.

Has everybody who wanted a full collection of mags got them at this stage I wonder?

Just as well I don't live in England anymore, since if I didn't have to pay mad postage to get the magazines, I'd probably be bidding on these auctions and getting even more mags that I'll never read properly! :-D

Most of the mainstream stuff is going pretty cheap at the moment, even the more obscure stuff like the Computer Gamer issue 2 I have listed has not sold at a reasonable 2.99 on buy it now . Must be the time of year or other halves nagging :)

Well at least it makes it easier for you to buy 'em up cheaper to scan them! :)
