Remember this being really cool at the time...anyhow, on flicking through some old C&VG's, I did not realise they too gave away 3D glasses and had a 3D section.
It included pics and was mainly promoting listings for 3D games by Mike Singleton.
However this was way back in the October 1983 issue, always presumed Zzap were the first but were some 4 years later.

A lot of comics and magazines had that 3D in the 1980s. The limitation was having to put the pages into a supplement or middle segment of the mag (hence why the ZZAP Tips section was chosen for issue 31).
