The Def Guide to Zzap!64

Hi guys!

Maybe I am wrong, but I think that the Zzap!64 printed in their issues the release dates of games.

Who knows, when they started to do that?

Due to the problems of games being delayed/changed/cancelled, ZZAP rarely printed SPECIFIC release dates. They would often say things like "out next month" or "due at the end of April".

In the majority of cases, the review date is a good guide to when a game was released... but even that is difficult to prove. Take Rainbow Islands, it was months (and through Ocean rather than Firebird) after the review before it was released.

You're surely right. But I am quite sure that there was a part of releasing dates in the mag...

Anyone else an idea if that's right or not.
