Where to report problems with the site?

I don't know if this is the right section of the forum for this...
When I go to the Zzap! Bible, do a search, get a list of results, and click on Yes in the Review column in the results, it says "Impossible to display scan. You must have cookies enabled on your browser to view scans" etc. I do have cookies enabled for both zzap64.co.uk and www.zzap64.co.uk, and if I go through the main page, I can view the requested scan!
