Will this also be available as a downloadable pdf after it is released?

I only ask this because if it is going to released how I think it is:

1 I won't see it for at least 3 months after it's released
2 I probably won't see it at all - that SU or whatever it was supplement that came with a past issue never got included outside of the UK, and I'd very well say this would go the same way.
