it was a football (soccer) game

you started off in the 4th divsion and if you scored load of goals one of the top teams will come in and buy you i loved that game when i was a kid :D

I remember Striker but don't think it was part of my collection. But what was that game where you played with the view over your player's shoulder (a bit Tomb Raider style)? You had a button to raise his hand, which meant the other 10 computer players on your side would hoof the ball to you wherever they were.

Most of the game was spent raising your muddy hand and hoping that when you got the ball you were close enough to goal to have a shot!

It was an innovative idea but brought back many memories of playing for a team on a Sunday morning as the lonely centre forward!
I loved my grandmother very, very much and she fetched a good price on eBay.

it was you as a striker and a goalie and a cursor that went left or right and you press S to shoot the lower down the league you were the slower the cursor went has you mover up the league the fast the cursor went
