If anyone just want to read one mag or get an idea of the scans, check out the zzaps on this site via emule or the scans page, or the sinclair mags on.

http://www.sinclair-heaven.net/

This will also host the C&vg mags in a month or two when my good friend Ant gets round to it. He has made a really nice job of hosting the Crashes etc 8)

As a sad old man who lives far too much on past glories without much to show for them, I must thank you for putting those old CVGs up (which I haven't seen for years) and bringing back a lot of very fond memories.

Especially the ones where I whooped that youngun at Speedball and Kick Off 2 in issue 123. I'd forgotten about that!

Cheers!

All I did was pdf them & slightly re-arrange the folders they were in. Mort is the one thats probably blind due to scanning them all in!

By the way, there is one issue missing cos my script can't pick up the fact that someone can't count! There were two issue 98's.

It'd be nice to do the input magazines. hint hint. I tried the scanning lark & they looked crap. I don't really have time either.

Commodore Format!

As I've got a lot of stuff Mort doesn't have, most of the non-magazine stuff that will be on the DVD (inlay scans, tape scans, TAPs etc) is mine. Hence I've been involved with a project a lot more than usual. Should be good... we're almost done now :)

Are you involved in any way with the site http://www.commodoreformat.co.uk/ ? It has a large but incomplete collection of Commodore Format issues, so, when you have the whole collection, that could be beneficial for the site

That site is run by P.J. Holl - It would be really good if he updated it more, but he seems to update it once a year then disappears!

I don't believe Mort took any issues from the site, he rescanned everything he had himself, along with the rest of the stuff I've supplied. Still a few bits left to do my end as Mort is missing some... pages!

Have emailed Pj offering all the scans for the site last week , just awaiting a reply. I would love to see the site complete also :)
