To be fair the cost of the blank dvd`s has dropped aswell as the cases so a price drop was on the cards

I don't know if you're aware of it, but check out 7dayshop.com - very good prices for DVD blanks.

Mort - thanks for the offer, are you talking about the Zzap set? If so, I only needed the issues 104-106 where the scratch is. I'm just waiting for the eMule downloads and then I can reburn my own DVD. I'll buy you a pint anyway!

As for blank DVDs - better prices and quicker delivery at www.svp.co.uk and www.diskdepot.co.uk

Are you serious? I bought a HP 5300c 4 years ago that has done about 12.000 scans by now and shows absolutely no signs of weakening..

Zzap!64 alone was over 10k pages... and that's just one magazine. So needless to say I'd wonder if Mort is approaching 6 figures in the total number of pages he's scanned...

Here's a pic of his lair, he sent me a while back,

Didn't know you had exclusive rights to that picture! :-p Mort gave it to me saying I could put it up on the site or whatever! ;-)

Want me to make it "disappear" ?
