Anybody enjoy this type of game?
I'm kind of doing some market research to see if there is much interest, before I do any more work on the game I'm creating.

I love a good text adventure. I'm never usually too good at them though
"The Quiet Earth" sounds like a good title for a Doctor Who episode. The sypnosis in the screenshots sound interesting. Think I'll have to put on my Chuck Vomit stained T-shirt and Harlequin thinking cap on for this one.

I'm very into survivalist, post-apocalyptic, nuclear war, last man on earth type of stuff.
The game is loosely based on a mish-mash of a film and book called 'A Quiet Earth', plus original material:

It will be in three parts/chapters and very much in the style of the Dave Lebling titles for Infocom (Lurking Horror, etc).

I'm not the biggest fan of the genre, but I do enjoy a good puzzle in my text adventures - one that has some logic to it, not just bunging random objects together.

I loved text adventures back in the day. I was Bash the Barbarian for a while, y'know.

I know.
Sounds like a perfect candidate for playtester...
