I've never heard that the Last Ninja game(s) were going to be included... Is it the PAL or NTSC version you've got?

Can you list the games for us Mike?

I believe this link lists them, but it seems to be down at the moment. Otherwise have a look at the C64 DTV thread in the C64-General forum and the skyscraper ad I did up, lists all the games, although a couple of them will be hard to read!

I'm not sure that is worth £30 - When I read that they were changing the games slightly I assumed that they might include a few more classics.

As it stands I'll still wait for the inevitable price reduction...

Hmmm - I thought £30 was the RRP? It's good that other places are offering slighlty cheaper deals - I wonder how long I can wait till it goes down a bit more?

It's a shame that they replaced International Karate.

And Paradroid!!

Will my US one work in the UK? If so, I think I'll just keep it.

Yup, removing Paradroid—one of the very best C64 games ever created—is a really stupid mistake, especially considering some of the real crap/mediocre stuff on there (Championship Wrestling, Exolon, Firelord, Apshai, Head the Ball, the dire Pitstop, Super Cycle, Sword...)

just a quick note to say its 20 quid in Argos and it really is fantastic. Yes, Paradroid is in there and everything is very good and normal (no shit emulation here).
The games series play just like they did on disk.

Essential for any c64 fan!

If you look closely at the listing...

Games from Epyx - company went into liquidation
Games from Hewson/21st Century - company went into liquidation

The odd one out is Speedball, but Bitmap Brothers seem to have a fairly liberal attitude to emulation.

Can't wait for mine to arrive.
