Does anybody remember a game on C64 called Rocketball? It was a scrolling team game with about 2 or 3 men on each side who try to shoot a ball at a target. I remember it being particuarly good because the computer opponent was challenging and fun.
Is it available anywhere?

I quote myself from the "games that made you smile" thread:
ROCKETBALL
Excellent two-player games this one!
Scoring goals from the other side of the track was amazing.
Even better and humouristic was it to make the ball richochet form your enemies head into the goal. A pretty funny sight it was too, everybody cheering and one man on his butt in front of the goal!
Not to mention jumping in each other's back in the last split second while someone attempted to score Lovely, lovely.
I love Rocketball, especially in two player mode. Great fun, even today!

If you like Rocketball I recommend Bounces as well!

Thanks guys, there is much joy in throwing the ball and hitting two of your opponents...
Next question, who can recommend a joystick that will work with an emulator and plug via USB?
I loved using the Atari 2600 sticks with my C64, they were comfortable, durable and cool!
BTW I first bought Zzap at issue 6 and then spent the next year or so annoying the local newsagent around the due date (they were never on time as i remember), i used to read them cover to cover many times!
Great site guys, well done

Speedlink sell the Competition Pro USB, which is alright. Otherwise, look for a USB adaptor for a PS2 pad, which will give you lots of buttons for emulation purposes.
