You're quick off the mark Rob, and the corpse is still warm to the touch! :-D

Did you scan them or Mort?

How's your server holding up? ;-) Seems very fast at the mo!

Thanks. Interesting read... and reading their top 10 C64 list, I see that 20+ years later, still Britain has not discovered the joy of random access disk games. I don't know whether to laugh or cry, really...

Then again, of my favourite C64 games of all time, only one of the ten in my list is multiload. And I've got disk drives out my ears and I have played plenty of multiload disk only stuff in my time.

Seemly not, Mort said the mag was sold to some other publisher towards the end. He can fill us in more...?

EMAP bought ACE - In fact I'm sure it had only been running for less than a couple of years when they bought it? (Mort will know more about this). I always thought it was odd that Future sold ACE.

Yep Emap did buy Ace in its later years aswell as the One leaving the door wide open for future scanning projects he he

Just done both issues of emulate and their Iso`s for prosperity and the future, before tackling Retro Gamer proper, would you like to host those Rob?
