Trying to remember a 1980's US magazine with C64 content

I am trying to remember the name of an American game mag
that used to be onsale in Australia in the 1980's.
It had reviews of C64 games.
Perhaps it was also sold in the UK?
All I remember, is that it's review articles had much more writing,
and smaller (& less) screenshots than the English mags.
I'm sorry this is a bit vague... any tips appreciated
