Just found this listing, have been lenient and only reported him to ebay and sent a gentle reminder that it takes no effort to copy a dvd (plus he has pinched stuff off other sites to add value (ys rock and roll years). Will keep em peeled and tell Rk if necessary.

Just spotted this on eBay tonight - The same seller is also selling the SuperPlay scans.

Firstly they are definetly Mort's work (check the covers!) and secondly I'm sure Future would be interested in him.

Just sent an email to the seller
How lame. Stealing Mort's work and trying to sell it as your own. I'm sure Future Publishing wouldn't be too happy either...

Actually did get a reply from him, only checked my zzap email now. Claims he'd done some touching up etc. but I guess he caved in when he got more emails.

More zzap dvds on the web, well ebay, I have posted messages to the seller to take them down, Guess the worst is LaptopsUk who has bottlegged the lot and even has the gall to state he will have Cu amiga up soon grrr.

Though not a difficult person to track as we know he is from a certain area in London and no doubt we can track him down. One of his customers contacted me on ebay saying he was disgusted as it was just a dvd with no box, so sent him an inlay etc and he will buy through the site from now on :-)

Iain, you mindless criminal, you're advertising bootlegs of Mort's work of art on your own Zzap!64 site supporting the originals, you fool you! We must sue the internets, or do you get paid by these fake scanfrauds!? Pure doublecrossing this! Tsk, tsk.

Btw, check it out. Zzap magazines get the totally flashy Apple stylee shadow/fade look in the advert too. Woo-hoo. Nicely done really...

Linky here.

Do you mean the eBay auction adverts? Opps didn't think of that. Maybe I can block certain sellers from them...
