Hey Paul, I've just read your interview with John Smyth in Reset issue 5 and if your book is going to be anything like that one, I can't wait for it to come out! :)

Reset is a very good magazine, I see a few of the Zzap issue 107 crew involved there as well.

Whoops, didn't scroll down the board to see this!

Yes, my book is going to be a lot like that. That Reset interview with John Smyth is an abridged version (about a third to a half) of what will be in the book. Most will have a bit less personal detail and more about the actual work, but really it depends on the interviewee. Glad you like it!

I do enjoy writing for Reset, it's nice to have an outlet other than the stuff I have to keep mostly secret for now! :D

Might as well post this here: An exciting announcement!

I'm waiting on a few interviews coming back, and I still haven't asked some people that I want to ask, but I'm getting to the point where I can concentrate on nothing but writing and the layout. Yay!

Looking forward to the book. It's been a long road but hopefully worth it! :)

Yeah, hopefully! It would be a shame if it was rubbish!

It's hard to get wrong, really. It's basically a series of exclusive interviews with screenshots. As long as you want to read about 8-bit computer games, music, art and reviews with opinions and information from the horses' mouths, you'll like it. :)
