Cool, I see the Professor has started up a thread on remix64.com to see if there is a meet up before. What time do the doors to the venue open at again?

[edit]

I see doors open at 6pm

So maybe that gets rid of the need for a pre meetup...

The ticket itself inside Cool Tickets says doors open at 7 for an 8 start for proceedings. If you scroll down the ticket on your phone :)

Might even have a date with me heh...

No smart phone here, so no ticket as such! Had to be put on the guestlist!

I should confirm with Chris that, that was done actually.

Anyway, Chris said on the other thread: "Go to the World's End pub." So that sounds like a plan!

No Mat, I looked around for you a couple of times but didn't see you at all. Was chatting to Merman a bit.

Did people stay long upstairs? I didn't fancy the busy loud pub that was open to the public so went back to the hotel from the underground club.

We didn't get to the Underground until just gone 7, given what the ticket said, and then the concert kicked off about five minutes after we arrived (at like 7:15), which had given us about enough time to chat to a couple of folks (Matt Grey, Boz, Kenz), grab a drink and then move into the main space to enjoy the music! Had we known it was going to start so early, we would have arrived sooner after grabbing some food!

Was chatting to a few people, and then hung out with Mat and Sian for a while. Left shortly after them.

Yeap, I missed at least a couple of the songs, again if I knew things were starting so early, I would have made more of an effort to get there early. I was meeting a work colleague before the concert, who is living in London now, but was running a bit late so things got pushed back a bit.

It's a real pity we didn't have the venue until late but I noticed on a poster or something that it's a nightclub later.
