Well, I was brought here by LeeT, and it looks rather cool here. I'm a regular on the Lemon boards, and I like to program. I'm also looking forward to learning about machine code on the Commie. Have a nice day!

Once again I emerge from beneath a massive pile of paper which makes my desk groan to bring you the world’s most amazing posts.
I have heard of Compulsion..They were part of the 'New Wave of New Wave' scene that the NME 'invented' around 1993/94, with bands like Elastica and Smash, along with Compulsion. Are Compulsion still going?!

Nope.
The singer (josephmary, I believe) is a sort of DJ now.
But they made at least two excellent albums, "comforter" & "the future is medium". Very melodic loud stuff.
In Holland they got 'the next nirvana' stamp, so I when I saw them live at Lowlands in '94 I was a little cinic about them. But they blew me away that concert, after a couple of songs I was totally convinced.
Wot next nirvana? Who are nirvana?
