Merry Christmas / Happy Holidays etc. etc.!

Post by Iain »

Off to the girlfriends for Christmas and her parents for Christmas day (serious stuff huh? ;-) ) so I won't be around here for the next few days so I just wanted to wish everybody a happy christmas or happy holidays (esp. for Rob! :) )

Hope Santy is being you all some nice retro goodness and toys!

Don't rub it in, you Zzappy fanboy!

Btw, celebrated my 10th wedding day yesterday so I'm not missing out on anything or whatever. Hehe.
I got 42-1 classics for my DSlite and Zelda LttP gba (totally awesome snes port - now playing Windwaker and LttP in the mix, haha)
Got my wife a pink DSlite & a copy of Sudoku Master, so I won't hear anything from her the coming year (at least). Phew.
Kids are playing bowling/chatting against each other through wi-fi at the mo - excellent stuff! We'll 'survive' the holidays, no problem. 8)

No special wishes from me indeed, but I always wish everyone all the best, every single day of the year.
Love to you all! :D
Once again I emerge from beneath a massive pile of paper which makes my desk groan to bring you the world’s most amazing posts.

A bit late but I hope you all had a Merry Christmas and have a splendid New Year's. I've been very busy over the last few days playing with my girls' pressies.

... what?

Ant

Hope we can all agree on this one? ;-)

I just realised this Christmas, that it was 20 (!!!!!) years previously when I got my lovely Commodore 128.

I mean 20 years! it seems insane that it was that long ago and we are still talking about it and its associated machines. We are all a bit mad aren't we? :)

And it's TWENTY-FIVE YEARS since the C64 was originally released! Who'd have thought there would still be so much interest in the machine, and people still making games/demos/new hardware for it so long after the company itself was gone?

Just finishing a 10,000 page double dvd set, had a lot of ex Zzapers onboard including Gary Penn and Steve Jarrett, and featured a lot of 16 bit machines, Iain is oblivious to this little sideline and will upload the scans onto the Amiga Magazine Rack (codetappers site is and excellent Amiga magazine site, give it a look).

The Finished Dvds should be ready in about a month or so :-)

Mad never just maybe a little drunk :P
