posted 30-05-2001 03:08 PM GMT Just wondering what the "issues" with it are at the moment from the text on the site?

Ah okay, just wondering :)
By the way, I have thought about doing the other Commodore Forces for you to fill the gaps on the site. However, the pages are bigger than A4. How have the others been scanned to accommodate this fact?

The bigger than a4 issues have each page scanned twice! then imported into a art package and matched up. Laborious but it does the job. Unless you know of anybody with a A3 scanner?
If you would like to have a go that would be gr8 as It will take a bit off the workload this end.
Cheers

I thought as much (fixing them up)... but I had a look at some of scans already up and the "middle" part of each pair of pages is slightly cut off. Presumably this is to allow for the spine but almost as if they weren't scanned that far over. I can always have a go at least. And the issues are far easier to get out of the binders than the Zzap ones!

The bigger pages are scanned twice,ie left hand of page/right hand of page then matched using a art program. Laborious but the only way to do it without an a3 scanner!
If you would be willing to do it it would cut down some of the workload for Iain and myself.
Thanks
