To be honest, I don't know which of you guys are involved in this fantastic(!) project. But will you keep us informed? Thanks for that.

Cheers,
/Fastie

I'd like the whole issue to be something of a surprise (Just like the real thing).... being the selfish bugger that I am :)

Okay, how about we keep you informed, but don't mention any of the content? :-)

The cover's more-or-less done and it looks very nice. :-)

Yep, that's what I've ment, keepong us informed meaning how the project is evoluating and stuff... That would be kind.
Things like: is it gonna be in paper format or what? When are you planning to release it? Who is involved in this project etc etc...

Regards,
/Matt :)

I'll post a comprehensive-but-not-revealing round up of current progress in a week (waiting to get back some details from people, and finalising a few other bits and pieces first - don't really want a progress report that reads 'well, everything's up in the air at the moment, come back next week for some real news, maybe', do we?) :)

And MY LORD, does the cover look sweet. I'm framing the bastard.

I've been away from the Lemon message boards for a long time for various reasons, so today was the first I'd heard about the new issue of Zzap!

Is it too late to voulenteer to do a bit of artwork for the new mag, or do you already have all the help that you need?

An example of my work is on Gordon's website at http://www.the-burrow.freeserve.co.uk/zzap/gallery/issue1500.jpg if that helps. I'd be happy to draw the margin cartoons, the caricatures of the reviewers, or pretty much whatever else you need...

Either way, good luck with the rest of the issue!

The cover and margin dudes are already catered for. However, one piece of artwork that may be needed is for the adventure section, although we're not sure what the character is going to be yet. We may also need small bits of art for various features. I'd imagine these will be dished out in October sometime.

Best let Gazunta know you're interested too...

CraigG,

Thanks for the quick reply!

I pretty much expected the main artwork to already be in place, but if there's a list of work 'to do' I could try to fill a few gaps.

I emailed a copy of the message above to Gazunta this morning but I'm not expecting a reply this soon. :)
