posted 14-12-2001 07:38 PM GMT hmmm..... not sure if this is the right place for this kinda question but seeing this is the busiest of all the C64 msg boards.... i apologize and put the question anyway ;)
Is there a way i can simply export a .SID file to a .WAV file? without having to run it each time to the full extent and record it as a windows wave playback?
I'd really appreciate it if somebody's got an answer. Thanx a bunch.

Lots of Sid info here --
It says that Sidplay for Windows can save files as Wav's, then I guess just edit them as you wish. If that doesn't work, there's a program (available at that site) called SID2WAV.
I've been planning to do just that, make a CD of c64 greats.

You can also use Winamp with the SidAmp plugin (which is what I use). You can direct the output to a WAV file instead of the speakers...
