Just saw an old thread on ages of the peeps here so --

I think I gotcha's beat for age. I was 23 at the time of the thread.

First Zzap!? Can't be sure as I was reading older friends' copies for a while, but I do remember getting #32, the Bangkok Knights cover. Still my favorite issue to date. Nebulus! Buggy Boy! Maniac Mansion! 3 of my very fave games.

And SEUCK! What joy that brought to the neighbourhood... I remember years after that craze died out, someone handed me a disk with a 'cool game' somebody made on it. Lo and behold, here was the very same sick-o version of Outlaw that we had made! Shooting condoms, indeed... won't even mention the roaming vaginas...
