I just bought a disk drive from a second hand shop for my C64. It's not working (that is, its not reading the disks). A friend told me that it may be a problem with the heads not being aligned. He said he thought there was a command you could type in to re-align the heads. Does anyone know of the command.

Formatting a disc on it should get the heads back in alignment for a start... if that doesn't work you could always open it up (my favourite!) and check the head can still move properly...
